Shipping
Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail for domestic and international orders. If you would like to use an alternate method (such as FedEx Ground), please select "walk-in" from the shopping cart and then include the preferred method in the order notes. We will verify the cost and method of shipping once we have begun processing your order.
Delivery Times
We want to get your order out to you immediately, but sometimes there are delays--both with assembling toys and packages, and with the delivery itself. Therefore, we have to say that it might take up to ten business days. Most orders ship out before this, of course, and we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible.
Returns
We ask that you contact us for return information before returning any merchandise. You can Contact Us , or you can send an email to sales@wunderchins.com. For speedy processing, please provide us with the Order number and Paypal transaction number (if applicable). Depending on the circumstances, re-stocking fees may apply.
